Zionist regime re-invades Lebanese airspace and sea

The Lebanese army announced the re-invasion of the Lebanese airspace and sea.

According to the international group of Pak Sahafat News Agency, the Lebanese army issued a statement announcing the re-violation of the country’s airspace and water by the Zionist regime.

The Lebanese army said in a statement, a copy of which was published on Al-Nashra news website: On 10/3/2021, at 14:05, two fighter jets belonging to the Israeli enemy flew over the Lebanese sky from the west of the Sheka region to the south to the town of Al-Naqoura. “They then left the Lebanese sky at 14:30 from the sea west of the town.”

The statement added that the issue of this violation of Lebanese airspace is being pursued in coordination with UN forces in Lebanon (UNIFEL).

The Lebanese army said in a separate statement that at 9:14 a.m. on the same day, a Zionist warship violated Lebanese waters in front of Ras al-Naqoura for 11 minutes at a distance of about 185 meters.

The day before, on October 2, at 19:05, a regime warship violated the same area for five minutes and at a distance of about 166 meters.

In late August, Lebanese Defense Minister and Acting Foreign Minister Zeina Akr condemned the repeated violations of Israeli airspace by Israeli fighter jets to attack Syria, stressing that these actions were a clear violation of international resolutions, especially Resolution 1701 (which The end of the 33-day war (issued in 2006) is a threat to security and stability in Lebanon, as well as a violation of its sovereignty.

He said that Lebanon, through its ambassador and representative to the United Nations, Amal al-Muddali, had lodged a complaint about the Israeli regime’s actions and called on the United Nations to stop the Zionist aggression and the violation of Lebanese territory in order to invade Syrian territory.
