Zionist Network: Negotiations to reopen the Israeli embassy in Qatar failed

Pak Sahafat – A Zionist news channel announced that negotiations between the Zionist regime and Qatar to reopen the consular office of this regime in Doha failed.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, the 24 TV channel of the Zionist regime announced in a report on Wednesday that three months before the start of the 2022 World Cup games, the Zionist regime has increased its efforts to bring 1,000 spectators from the occupied territories to Qatar.

According to this report, there was supposed to be a phone call between the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime and the Foreign Minister of Qatar, but the insistence of the Zionist regime on its openness was met with Qatar’s opposition.

The telephone conversation between Lapid and Mohammad Bin Abdurrahman Al-Thani was in fact a prelude to the conversation between Lapid and the Emir of Qatar, which the Israeli side’s insistence on media coverage forced the Qatari side to withdraw and the negotiations to reopen the political representation of the Zionist regime failed.

The purpose of these talks was to reopen the political representation of the Zionist regime in Qatar under the pretext of following up on the affairs of the spectators who are going to travel to Qatar from the occupied Palestinian territories during the World Cup.

The Zionist regime hoped that this consular office would continue its work after the end of the World Cup.

Qatar was the first Arab country in the Persian Gulf region to establish relations with the Zionist regime since 1996, and this regime had a commercial office in Doha.

This office was closed in 2000 and the relations between the two sides were cut off in 2009 after the Zionist attack on Gaza. Qatar has made the normalization of relations with the Zionist regime conditional on the formation of an independent Palestinian state.
