Wall Street Journal: Russia’s gas cut will cause the European economy to stagnate

Pak Sahafat – The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday night in response to the gas cut by the Russian Stream company that this action will harm companies and push the European economy into recession.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, this media further wrote: Russia’s decision will force Europe to modify the pattern of gas consumption.

According to this report, Russia’s decision also deprives the country of its economic influence and removes Europe’s fear of intensifying Moscow’s sanctions.

The Wall Street Journal wrote: The gas cut by the Nord Stream 1 Company will make them accelerate their efforts to get rid of Russian gas before winter arrives.

The Russian company Gazprom has stopped exporting gas to Europe.

Russia’s Gazprom Company announced on Friday that gas exports to Europe through this line, which is one of the main gas transmission lines, were completely cut off due to a leak in the Nord Stream 1 pipeline.

“Vyacheslav Volodin”, the head of the Duma (Parliament) of Russia today (Friday), stressing that Western sanctions against Russia have led to an energy crisis for Western and European governments, said: Europe’s energy security is impossible without Russia.

By publishing this news, the website of the Russian news agency “Tass” quoted the Telegram channel of the head of the Russian Duma and added, “The leaders of the European governments need to lift the sanctions (against Russia) and start the (pipeline) “Nord Stream 2″. Otherwise, they will make the living conditions of their citizens more and more complicated and (worse).”

Therefore, the report of the head of the Russian Duma added in this message: the moment (to face) reality has come for the leaders of the European governments, there are two ways to get out of the situation they have created for themselves; First, the removal of illegitimate sanctions against us (Russia) and the launch of Nord Stream 2 (gas pipeline); Second, they will leave everything as it was, which will lead to economic problems and the life situation of European citizens will become more and more complicated.
