UAE court sentenced to death an Israeli woman

Emirati media reported that an Israeli woman had been sentenced to death for drug trafficking.

According to the Pak Sahafat news agency International group, quoting the website of Al-Khalilj Online, a court in the UAE yesterday sentenced a woman living in occupied Palestine to death for carrying and keeping half a kilogram of cocaine.

Last year, Emirati agents arrested the 43-year-old woman, known as “Saturn ransom”, at her home in Dubai.

The woman’s lawyer has said she intends to challenge the court’s ruling and will seek help from Tel Aviv and other authorities to overturn the ruling.
