The United States and NATO have no hostile intentions against Russia

At a news conference, Saki accused Russia of carrying out offensive operations near the border with Ukraine, saying that neither the United States nor NATO had any hostile intentions against Russia.

According to Pak Sahafat news agency, quoting from Russia Today, the United States said Wednesday that it and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) have no hostile intentions against Russia. But at the same time, the United States has accused Moscow of mobilizing forces near the Ukrainian border to carry out hostile actions.

At a news conference, White House spokesman Jen Saki accused Russia of carrying out offensive operations near the border with Ukraine and said: Neither the United States nor NATO has hostile intentions against Russia.

She also expressed hope that the recent diplomatic talks with Russia would continue.

Moscow has repeatedly stressed that the Russian military is present on its own territory, not in the territory of others.

Kiev and its Western partners claim that Moscow is planning to invade Ukraine. Moscow has repeatedly denied the allegations, saying that given NATO’s increased military activity near Russia’s borders, its actions were purely defensive and that it had the right to deploy troops on Russian territory in the interests of national security.
