According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report on Tuesday, The findings of a joint poll by Politico and Morning Consult show that if the intra-party competition to choose the Republican candidate for the 2024 presidential election were to be held these days, Trump would win 57 percent of the Republican vote. Comparison with the same survey from early summer shows a growth of 4%.

At the same time, the public favorability of Ron DeSantis, the current governor of the state of Florida, decreased from 23% to 17%, bringing Trump’s difference with this supposed Republican rival to 10%.

This poll was conducted last Wednesday (August 19) and 2 days after the raid by FBI agents. Or at that time, there was still no news about the documents seized in Mar a Lago.
