The Saudi regime has signed a multi million-dollars deal with a former US official to improve its image

The American regime has revealed that the Saudi regime has concluded millions of dollars in incentives and financial rewards annually with a former US official to improve her image in Washington.

Former US Congressman Ed Royce has been registered as a foreign representative at the Saudi Foreign Ministry, the American newspaper Politico reported.

The move marks a dramatic increase in the Saudi Foreign Ministry’s lobbying efforts in Washington to improve the regime’s deteriorating image.

Earlier this week, a FARA case was filed with the US Department of Justice, indicating that Royce will represent the Saudi State Department with Brownsteinstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP.

According to the case, Royce “facilitates meetings with federal government officials by telephone or e-mail on behalf of Saudi Arabia.”

Royce, who served as chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee from 2013 to 2019, had nearly three decades of experience in Washington and served as a member of the California 39th District Congress.

The Congressional Committee is responsible for overseeing US foreign policy bills, programs, and research, and for influencing Washington’s handling of foreign affairs — including its overseas mission, arms control, and policy.

According to the newspaper, Royce lobbied on behalf of several countries in the Middle East, including Egypt. But his decision to lobby in favor of the Saudi Foreign Ministry is significant, especially given that Saudi Arabia has strained relations with the Biden government.
