Pak Sahafat – The Knesset of the Zionist regime has finally approved the law on revoking the citizenship and residency of prisoners living in Jerusalem and the occupied territories of 1948.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report from Palestine’s “Sama” news agency, the Hebrew-language media announced that the draft of this law was approved by 94 votes in favor in the second and third referendums and became an effective law.
Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of the Zionist regime, said after the approval of the said law: We have passed the law on revocation of citizenship, and our response to the perpetrators of such operations will be firm.
According to this law, the citizenship or residency of all prisoners who receive salaries or benefits from self-governing organizations will be revoked.

In the text of this law, it is stated that “Itamar Ben Gower”, the Minister of Internal Affairs, must approve the revocation of citizenship or residence of this group of prisoners within 14 days, and the Minister of Justice must also agree to it within seven days, and after that, the court 30 He has a day to approve the sentence.
According to this law, any prisoner who is accused of carrying out so-called “anti-Zionist” operations and is sentenced to prison and it is proved to the Minister of Internal Affairs that he received salaries and facilities from the self-governing organization, is recognized as a person who has lost his citizenship has abandoned or renounced his permanent residence permit.
Based on this, after the end of his sentence, the mentioned person will be deported to the areas under the control of the self-governing organizations or the Gaza Strip.
With the establishment of the far-right government in Tel Aviv, anti-Palestinian actions against the resistance forces and Palestinian prisoners have intensified.
