The head of the Zionist regime called for Austrian support against Iran

Continuing his anti-Iranian visit to Europe, the Israeli president called on the Austrian president to help Tel Aviv deal against Tehran.

Zionist leader Rovin Rivlin, who traveled to Europe with his army chief of staff Avio Kukhawi to lobby against Iran, visited Austria as his second destination for Austrian President Alexander van der Belen to ask for help to confront Iran.

The Zionist newspaper The Jerusalem Post reported that Rivlin and Kukhawi met with Van der Belen at the Austrian Presidential Palace, and Kokhawi emphasized the Zionist regime’s efforts to confront Iran.

The Israeli army chief of staff cited the Iran nuclear deal as a threat to the West Asian region, and the Israeli chief reiterated previous allegations, accusing Tehran of supporting terrorism.

Tel Aviv officials, who have stepped up their efforts in recent months in the hope of putting pressure on Iran, called on European countries and the international community to help the regime in the face of Iranian threats during a visit to Austria.

Rivlin claimed: “This is where we need the intervention of the international community, not international law, which is pessimistically using political tools to undermine the state of Israel.”

According to the report, the Austrian president also emphasized Vienna’s firm support for the security of the Zionist regime, and supported the normalization of the regime’s relations with some Arab countries, calling it an “important and positive development.”

The Israeli president also met with Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurtz, who recently visited occupied Palestine.

In recent years, US-led Western countries have accused Iran of pursuing military goals in its nuclear program. Iran has strongly denied these allegations.

Iran as a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and a member of the International Atomic Energy Agency has the right to acquire nuclear technology for peaceful purposes.

In addition, International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspectors have visited Iran’s nuclear facilities several times but have never found any evidence that the country’s peaceful nuclear energy program is deviating from military purposes.

The Zionist delegation intends to travel to France to continue its tour of Europe and hold talks with Iranian officials against Iran.
