The fear of Hezbollah sent the head of the army of the Zionist regime to Europe

Pak Sahafat – A newspaper published in Tel Aviv assessed the purpose of the visit of the Chief of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Zionist Army to Europe to consult with European officials about weapons of Hezbollah and the possibility of a conflict with Lebanon.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, citing the Zionist newspaper “Israel Hayom”, Aviv Kokhawi, the Chief of the Joint Staff of the Zionist Army, is leaving for Europe today (Sunday) to discuss Iran’s nuclear issue and bilateral issues.

In this periodical visit, Kokhawi is going to discuss with Polish and French military officials about the security challenges of the Zionist regime, including Iran’s nuclear program and Hamas’s weapons capabilities.

This Tel Aviv newspaper mentioned the possibility of a military conflict with Lebanon and Hezbollah’s weaponry as other issues that the Chief of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Zionist Army is supposed to raise with the European military authorities.

Kokhawi will be in Poland for three days and then he will travel to France and during these trips he will meet with his counterparts from these two countries.

Israel Home stated that the purpose of Kokhai’s European visit was to strengthen military cooperation with Europe to confront Iran and its proxy groups.

After the defeat of the “Islamic Jihad” movement in the three-day war in Gaza, the Zionist regime is now very worried about engaging with the Lebanese Hezbollah in the northern borders. Tel Aviv has repeatedly stated that the military strength of the Islamic Jihad movement cannot be compared with Hezbollah.

Hezbollah has repeatedly warned the Israeli regime against any activity in the Karish oil-gas joint field. In early July, the Israeli army announced that it had intercepted an unarmed drone sent by Hezbollah to its field of operations.

Gantz had previously said on August 22 that Hezbollah’s attack on his work might lead to a new war between this regime and Lebanon’s Hezbollah.

For two years, the United States, knowing that Lebanon and the Israeli regime have a dispute over the water borders, has been trying to reach an agreement with the aim of determining the maritime borders between them and removing obstacles to the extraction of gas from the disputed field “Karish”, between “Beirut” and ” Tel Aviv mediates.

Lebanon considers its field of action in a part of the disputed waters with the occupied territories, while the cabinet of the Israeli regime considers it in its exclusive economic zone.

Since the beginning of July, developments related to the case intensified following the arrival of an extraction and storage vessel leased by the Israeli regime’s cabinet by the London-based BLC Energy Company near Karish Square and the threat of Hezbollah’s mediation by the United States.
