The continued aggression of the Zionist regime at the same time as street protests against Netanyahu’s policies

Pak Sahafat – While street protests against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s policies continued on Thursday, the occupying forces of this regime continue their crimes against Palestinians and organized a new aggressive operation in Jenin.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report from Al-Mayadeen, the Palestinian media also reported that the forces of the occupying Quds regime opened fire on a Palestinian car in the town of Jaba, south of Jenin, killing three Palestinian youths.

Following this attack by the occupying forces, a fierce conflict took place between them and the Palestinian resistance forces in the Jaba area of Jenin, and according to the statement of the Martyrs’ Book of Al-Aqsa Mosque, the resistance forces in this area engaged in heavy fire with shooting and the use of explosive devices.

The Jaba branch of Saraya al-Quds also announced that after the assassination of Sufyan Fakhouri, a field commander of this resistance group, in today’s attack by the occupying forces, the soldiers of this Saraya fired at their positions.

The Palestinian Authority, in response to today’s aggression by the Zionist regime in Jenin, announced that the responsibility for the new crime in Jenin lies with the international community, which is not taking action to end the crimes of the occupying regime.

At the same time, al-Mayadin reporter also reported from occupied Jerusalem that Protesters living in the occupied territories have once again come to the streets in protest against Netanyahu’s extreme cabinet policies and closed several streets and crossings in the north of Tel Aviv.

In recent weeks, Zionists have witnessed protests against the judicial reform law, and the protesters want to stop the process of approving this law.

In the plan of Netanyahu’s cabinet called “judicial law reform”, which the residents of the occupied territories interpret as a “constitutional” coup, the powers of the judicial system of this regime will be reduced and in contrast to the power and position of the executive and legislative branches in this regime, it will be strengthened.

Also, in this plan, the powers of the judicial advisor of the Zionist regime’s cabinet and the powers of the judicial advisors of other ministries of this regime will be taken, and the minister will have the possibility to remove or appoint any judicial advisor he wants in his office.

This bill was approved in the Knesset session that was held recently, in the first reading with 63 votes in favor and 47 votes against.

In order for this bill to be passed into law, it must be voted on in the second and third readings and voted in specialized commissions, and in case of final approval, it will become a law.

Opponents and protestors say: Netanyahu, who has been on trial for years for corruption, bribery and breach of trust, intends to escape from trial with the same plan known as “judicial military reform”.
