Tel Aviv does not respond to The Hague over war crimes in Palestine

With less than ten days left until the Zionist regime’s deadline to respond to the Hague Tribunal’s inquiry into war crimes, no meeting has been held in Tel Aviv.

Although there are less than ten days left for the Zionist regime to respond to the International Criminal Court, no meeting has been held in Tel Aviv.

According to the Jerusalem Post, three weeks after the Hague tribunal prosecutor Fatou Bensouda sent a letter to the Zionist regime regarding the investigation of war crimes, the Zionist authorities have not taken any action against it.

Since the Zionist regime is not a member of the Rome Statute in the International Criminal Court, it has so far refused to cooperate with this institution.

Describing the court’s investigation as illegitimate, Zionist officials claim that if its soldiers make a mistake, the regime’s judicial system can handle it.

Meanwhile, Bani Gantz’s tenure as head of the Israeli Ministry of Justice ends today (Thursday), and a source in the Israeli Foreign Ministry said that no position has been taken on the case yet.

According to the Jerusalem Post, because the International Criminal Court has limited resources (inspector, prosecutor and judge), it may not be able to convict more than 10 people.

According to the Jerusalem Post, the first group are those who were involved in the decisions related to the 2014 Gaza war. The second group is those who were involved in the Gaza border crisis, and the third group is those who were involved in the decision to expand the settlements.

The newspaper added that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu falls into all three categories, while Gantz, then-army chief of staff, and then-war minister Moshe Ya’alon, during the Gaza war, are also most likely to be arrested.

The Hague Tribunal has resumed its investigation into the Zionists, with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announcing the sanctions on September 12, with Fatou Bensouda, prosecutor at the Hague tribunal, and Fakiso Mochucoko, head of relations and cooperation, the judiciary was sanctioned by the United States.

In his first telephone call with US President Joe Biden, Netanyahu called for the continuation of sanctions imposed by Trump on the Hague Tribunal.
