Pak Sahafat – The permanent representative of Syria at the United Nations office in Geneva said: The actions of the Zionist regime in Palestine and Syria are a war crime and a violation of international law.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency from the official Syrian news agency (SANA) On Friday, at the meeting of the United Nations Human Rights Council regarding human rights in Palestine and other occupied Arab territories, Hussam al-Din Ala added: The actions of this regime in Palestine and Syria have become one of its constant and reckless approaches in violating international laws, which leads the region to unprecedented tensions and conflicts.
He added: Israel’s continuous encroachments on Syrian territory and the deliberate targeting of civilian infrastructure, including ports and airports, are a clear violation of international law and a war crime that endangers the lives of civilians and the security of civilian aviation in Syria and the region and the institutions that operate from these airports and ports for delivery of humanitarian aid puts people at risk.
Ala said: Israel as a regime created due to the occupation in the shadow of silence and double standards of the western countries supporting itself to kill and commit crimes against the Palestinian nation and violate its basic rights and collective torture through the siege of the Gaza Strip, destruction of houses, confiscation of their properties in the city Quds continues to create barriers to the movement of Palestinian citizens, cruel arrests, torture of prisoners, forced displacement and depriving Palestinians of freely performing their religious duties.
He stated: The martyrdom of seven-year-old Rayan Suleiman as a result of being chased by Zionist soldiers near the school and preventing him from being taken to the hospital is a reminder of the occupation’s other crimes for which they should be tried.

Ala added: Israel’s illegal settlements in Palestine and the Syrian Golan are the main cause of human rights violations in these areas.
He said: Syria emphasizes its right to reclaim the occupied Golan as a right recognized by international laws and United Nations resolutions and the will of the Syrian people.
Ala added: We condemn the actions taken by the Zionist regime in order to stabilize the occupation of the Syrian Golan and we ask all the countries of the world not to recognize these unilateral actions and to allow commercial actions that stabilize the occupation of Israel in these areas.
He stated: Syria once again emphasizes the right of the Palestinian nation to establish an independent state with Jerusalem as its capital and the right of refugees to return in line with the implementation of UN resolutions and supports the liberation of the occupied territories of Lebanon.
