Israeli media sources claimed that the so-called “Nahal” brigade in the Israeli army had completed its largest exercise in five years in preparation for a possible confrontation with the Lebanese Hezbollah resistance movement.
The Nohal Halutzi Lohim Brigade is one of the so-called “elite” brigades in the Israeli infantry.
This infantry brigade was formed in 1948 during the tragedy of the occupation of Palestine by “David Ben-Gurion” with the aim of ensuring the security of Zionist settlements, and was reorganized in 1982.
In addition to regularly training various units of the brigade in cooperation with the Armored, Engineering and Artillery Divisions, which worked together against a hypothetical position of Hezbollah’s fortifications, the forces of the Reconnaissance Reconnaissance Division, the Mako website wrote. They were present in this training with information gathering cadres and reserve forces.

According to the report, more than seven military cadres with different capabilities to monitor the enemy and destroy it by closing fire circles, either with the help of various subdivisions of the Nahal Brigade or with the help of armored and artillery divisions and targeting the enemy from the air and even the sea.
The website quoted the military commander of one of the division’s battalions as saying that the Nahal Brigade had not received such a large-scale training on the challenges and threats in the north of the Occupied Palestinian Territories for the past five years. At that time, techniques such as detection and attack were not used. But now, as a battalion and brigade, new capabilities and tools have been used that were unprecedented.
