White supremacists in support of President Donald Trump are holding a nationwide rally today (Sunday) under the slogan “Whites’ lives are precious.”
According to Hill Report website, the gathering was posted by Facebook and the Telegram encrypted messaging app and is scheduled to take place at one o’clock in the afternoon (local time) on Sunday.
New York City, Fort Worth, Texas and Chicago are among the cities where the nationwide protests will take place.
Hill wrote: Details of the rally have not been released, although the protests are taking place in a country facing the consequences of a deadly attack on Congress on January 6. In these attacks, a group of pro-Trump insurgents, including racist extremists, attacked Congress and for a moment forced members of Congress to flee for their lives.
There have been calls for protests against racist protests. Therefore, the possibility of a confrontation between the two opposition groups has increased the level of vigilance of the police, and the police have announced that they are ready to hold these rallies in the country.
According to IRNA, in the January 6 attack by Trump supporters on Congress, a number of building officials were injured, one officer was killed and another committed suicide. In the wake of security developments in Congress, a number of Special Guard commanders have resigned from the legislature, dozens of agents are reviewing early retirement applications, and the rest have come under increasing criticism.
Congress police recently announced that the streets leading to Congress were blocked and security measures increased in response to a car attack on an obstacle around the Congress building and the arrest of two police officers.
