Pak Sahafat – The US Department of Defense (Pentagon) announced on Saturday morning that it has seen the second Chinese surveillance balloon over Latin America.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, quoted by ABC News, Pentagon spokesman Patrick Ryder said in a statement: We have received reports of a balloon hovering over Latin America. Our assessment is that this is yet another China surveillance balloon.
The US Department of Defense said earlier that it had detected the flight of a Chinese surveillance balloon over the US.

China announced on Friday: the balloon flying over the United States is civilian and is used for meteorological and scientific purposes.
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken talked to Wang Yi, head of the Foreign Relations Commission of the Communist Party of China, and announced that he canceled his planned trip to Beijing next week after seeing a Chinese balloon over the US.
According to the statement of the US State Department, Blinken told this Chinese official that the presence of this balloon over the airspace of the United States is an irresponsible action and a clear violation of the country’s sovereignty.
