Olmert: Netanyahu and his family are mentally ill

Former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has called Likud leader and his family mentally ill.

Former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has called former Prime Minister and his family mentally ill.

Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has summoned Netanyahu’s family to a psychiatric examination following a lawsuit filed by Likud opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu over defamation, the Jerusalem Post reported on Sunday.

In the letter, Olmert said he did not regret saying that Netanyahu’s family was mentally ill and that he was telling the truth.

In a radio interview, Olmert warned in support of the newly formed Tel Aviv cabinet, which includes Netanyahu’s eight opposition parties, that he might use artificial security to pave the way for the inauguration.

Ehud Olmert, who has been jailed for corruption for some time, told Army Radio earlier that Netanyahu’s family was guilty.

In the letter, Olmert said he did not regret saying that Netanyahu’s family was mentally ill and that he was telling the truth.

Ehud Olmert was the only Israeli prime minister to be convicted of corruption in 2016 and spent time in prison from February 2016 to July 2017.

He had previously strongly criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s policies toward Iran, saying that Netanyahu had neglected Tehran’s regional activities, including expanding his presence in Syria, by focusing too much on Iran’s nuclear program.
