North Korea announced the rule of using pre-emptive nuclear strike

North Korea approved the use of a pre-emptive nuclear attack by the country.

According to the International group of Pak Sahafat news agency, North Korea’s official news agency reported on Friday that the law has effectively brought the country’s status as a nuclear-weapon state to the point of no return.

The law, passed by the Korean Supreme People’s Assembly, allows Pyongyang to automatically and immediately launch a pre-emptive nuclear strike to destroy enemy forces when a foreign country poses an immediate threat to North Korea.

This news is announced in a situation where the nuclear and diplomatic negotiations between Washington and Pyongyang have been suspended since 2019 over the extent of North Korea’s exemption from Western sanctions and reciprocal concessions that this country will receive.
