Netanyahu: Postpone my trial!

As Netanyahu trial for corruption and bribery is set to take place on January 13 (next Wednesday), he has called for a one-month adjournment.

The Palestinian website Al-Arab reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netenyahu has called for a postponement of his trial, which was scheduled for next week.

Last Sunday, the Israeli Attorney General’s Office filed a revised bill against Netenyahu in the so-called 4,000 case.

Netenyahu has called for a postponement of his trial, arguing that the accused should be given time to respond to a new charge.

Netanyahu’s trial in the 4000 case is set to begin on January 13, according to a court ruling, but Netanyahu, through his lawyer, has called for a 30-day adjournment.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is accused of corruption and bribery in the 4000 case.
