Pak Sahafat – The former president of Russia Dmitry Medvedev considered the action of the head of the European Commission to publish an allegation on Twitter regarding the number of Ukrainian casualties in the war and edit and delete that tweet as “self-censorship” and considered this move “humiliating”.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, quoting Rasha Todi, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the National Security Council of Russia and former President of this country said: This action and the retreat of Ursula von der Leyen, the president of the European Commission, showed that the European Union is nothing but a puppet of America.

Medvedev wrote in a post on the VK social network belonging to Russia: It is clear that the bosses of “Ursula Khanum” slapped him! And apparently it hurts too! This is very humiliating. There is no bloc called the European Union and it is only the 51st state of America!
Ursula von der Leyen claimed that 100,000 Ukrainian soldiers and 20,000 civilians have been killed in the war in Ukraine so far, but this tweet was deleted from von der Leyen’s user account some time later. Even this information was removed from the website of the European Commission, which was published in written form and video file.
Finally, this “self-censorship” was confirmed by Dana Spinant, the spokesperson of the European Union Commission, who said: This statistic was estimated based on foreign sources and included all killed and wounded people. Thanks to all the people who pointed out this carelessness.
