Lebanese official: “Samir Geagea” works according to US and Israeli plans

Referring to the role of the United States and the Zionist regime in the recent riots in Beirut, the head of the Lebanese Union of Resistance Scholars said that Samir Geagea was working in Lebanon according to the plans of both sides.

According to the international group of Pak Sahafat News Agency, in an interview with Al-Mayadin, Maher Hammoud, head of the Lebanese Union of Ulema of Resistance, said in response to the recent incidents in Beirut and the incitement of sedition by some parties that Hezbollah’s calm stance against these successive seditions is a sufficient and appropriate tool to bury these seditions.

He added that all these seditions and the targeting of Lebanon by the United States and the Arab countries are due to the fact that Lebanon won over Israel.

Maher Hammoud added that the leader of the Lebanese Forces Party, Samir Geagea, was acting in accordance with the Israeli-US agenda. It is difficult to interact with some parties in Lebanon; because they are mercenaries of the United States and Israel.

On Thursday, following the peaceful demonstration of the Sponsors of the Amal and Hezbollah movement against the Lebanese court, militants who had already been deployed on nearby buildings were fired and shot on the head and heart of some of the people with 7 left martyrs and more 50 people were injured. Immediately after the incident, Hezbollah and the Amal movement announced that the Lebanese Forces Party was responsible for the attack and that the instigators and perpetrators of the incident should be identified and punished.

“Sheikh Hashem Safi al-Din, the head of the executive council of the Lebanese Hezbollah movement, said on Friday at the funeral of the martyrs of yesterday’s shooting in Beirut: Our demonstration on Thursday against the politicization and injustice of the judiciary was peaceful, and this is our natural right. Lawyers and elites took part in the demonstration, which shows the state of the demonstration.

Hezbollah and the Amal movement did not invite anyone (they did not call for protests); otherwise the number of people who took part in the protests would have increased. If there were no deliberate plans to target it, the demonstrations would remain a normal gathering.
