Israeli Pilot: The bombing on the Gaza Strip was a way to vent our frustration

An Israeli pilot acknowledged the Zionist regime’s defeat in the attack on Gaza, saying “we failed to stop firing missiles from the Gaza Strip.”

Major D, the pilot of one of the Zionist regime’s fighters who took part in the bombing of nine residential towers in Gaza, acknowledged the regime’s failure to achieve its goals in the 12-day war in Gaza.

In an interview with the 12th channel of the Zionist regime, he said: “I do not want to reduce the severity of the attacks that my friends and I carried out. We dropped several tons of ammunition and fire (on the residents of the Gaza Strip) and no one doubts that but when we went out to carry out the attacks, I felt that the bombing of the towers was the only way to vent our frustration with what was happening, and that (Palestinian) groups in Gaza continued to harass us.”

According to the Anatolian News Agency, the Israeli pilot also said: “We did not succeed in stopping the rocket fire and we could not harm the commanders of the (Palestinian) terrorist groups, so we bombed the towers.”

Israeli warplanes bombed nine towers during the 12-day war in Gaza on the pretext of being military infrastructure, including the Al-Jalaa Tower, which also housed the offices of Al-Jazeera and the Associated Press.

Palestinian resistance groups fired about 4,000 rockets at settlements in southern and central occupied Palestine in response to Israeli attacks, which the regime says killed at least 12 Zionists and wounded hundreds.
