Pak Sahafat – Sheikh Nabil Qawouq, a member of the Hezbollah Central Council, in response to the recent threats of the Zionist regime, emphasized the formation of the equation “the destruction of Tel Aviv versus the destruction of Dahiya (southern suburbs of Beirut)” by Lebanon’s Hezbollah.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, Avigdor Lieberman, the finance minister of the Zionist regime, threatened in the past days that “if Hezbollah attacks the gas extraction platform and imposes a military confrontation on us, we will wipe the Dahiya area (suburbs south of Beirut) off the map.”
Trans-regional newspaper Al-Quds al-Arabi published in London in its issue today (Friday) quoted Sheikh Nabil Qawoq and wrote: The video that the military media unit of the Islamic Resistance published a few days ago contains a clear message for the Zionist enemy.
He added: The resistance has prepared and equipped its missiles. These missiles also target Karish gas extraction platforms and beyond.

The expression of the Zionist regime’s concern comes at a time when this regime has recently given a license to the Greek company “Energin” to explore gas in the Karish field located in the disputed area, and in this context, the Zionist regime has prevented the entry of a drilling ship into this area. The purpose of preparation for the start of exploration of the first gas well has been announced; this has met with a strong reaction and warning from the Lebanese parties.
The Walla news site quoted Israeli officials who were present at the meeting of the small security cabinet, and announced that if no agreement is reached regarding the maritime borders with Lebanon, this may lead to the escalation of security conditions in the northern borders and even a few days of war.
