Gasoline in England became more expensive

According to the Independent, the crisis of fuel shortage and people queuing in front of gas stations has caused the price of gasoline in the UK to increase. It got to the point where some gas stations doubled the price of gasoline due to shortages. For example, a gas station located in the Cleavers area of Chelsea is priced at 2.68 pounds per liter of gasoline, which is sold at a double price.

According to pictures circulated on social media, a car driver paid 165 pounds for 61 liters of gasoline, which is equivalent to 6 million 352 thousand tomans.

Gasoline prices have risen to 2.68 pounds in some stations, up from 1.36 to 1.48 million per liter on September 30, just days ago.

Says Bayan Maderson, secretary of the British Gas Station Association: Even if the current shortage crisis is resolved, drivers will have to pay more to buy gasoline from now on, given the rising price of gasoline in the global market.
