Pak Sahafat – “Scott Ritter”, the former American intelligence officer, said in a statement that Russia will defeat Ukraine by the end of this summer.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report from Russia Elium on Saturday morning, Ritter said during the unveiling of his book called “The Disarmament Race”: Personally, I believe that Russia has accumulated its military capabilities for the military defeat of Ukraine by the end of the summer of this year – the beginning of autumn.
According to this former American intelligence officer, there is no reason for Russia to defeat Ukraine militarily.
He also said that America is losing its position as a dominant global power during the Ukraine conflict.

Ritter had previously said that he doubted that Ukrainian forces would be able to organize a successful counterattack against Russia.
On February 21, 2022, the President of Russia recognized the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics in the Donbas region, criticizing the West’s inattention to Moscow’s security concerns.
Three days later, on Thursday, February 24, Putin launched a military operation that he called “special operations” against Ukraine, and thus the tense relations between Moscow and Kiev turned into a military confrontation.
In response to this Russian action, America and Western countries have imposed extensive sanctions against Moscow and sent billions of dollars of weapons and military equipment to Kiev.
