Erdogan: Russia’s action against Ukraine is unacceptable

The Turkish president said that Russia’s military action against Ukraine was unacceptable and that Ankara supported Ukraine’s efforts to protect its territorial integrity.

According to Pak Sahafat News agency International Group, quoted by Anatoly, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told a delegation of the International Union of Democrats about Russia’s military intervention in Ukraine: Russia’s military action against Ukraine is unacceptable; In our opinion, this action is against international law and has dealt a heavy blow to peace, tranquility and stability in the region.

Erdogan stressed: We once again call for a solution to the Russia-Ukraine crisis through dialogue and negotiation within the framework of the Minsk agreement.

Regarding the telephone call with his Ukrainian counterpart, the President of Turkey said: In my contact with Mr. Zelensky, I stated that Turkey supports Ukraine’s struggle to protect its territorial integrity.

He emphasized: We will do our duty to ensure the security of all the people of Ukraine, especially our citizens and our Tatar brothers.
