Complete severance of any relations with the Zionist regime

Hundreds of Dutch academics have signed a petition calling on the Dutch government to sever all economic, political and military relations with the Zionist regime.

Hundreds of Dutch academics on Monday signed a petition calling on the Dutch government to end its relations with the Zionist regime.

According to the website “Aroutes Shoa”, this request was made due to the violation of international law by the Zionist regime in the attack on Gaza. The petition, which bears the signatures of 564 Dutch academics and is entitled “Dutch Higher Education Stands in Solidarity with the Palestinians,” states: “We declare that we have joined the call of our Palestinian counterparts for a scientific boycott of Israeli universities.”

The petition also calls on the Dutch government to sever all economic, political and military ties with the Israeli regime.

The petition alleges that the Israeli regime violated international law by violating the religious and civil rights of the Arabs in occupied Jerusalem.

The Irish representative to the European Parliament, Mick Wallace, on Monday also criticized the EU’s dual approach to the Zionist regime’s crimes.

He wrote on Twitter: ‌ “Israel’s bombing of civilians and infrastructure in Gaza has reached the level of a war crime, and the world has not yet condemned Israel’s action. This reflects the dual criteria of the European Union. “When will we talk about the reality of the Israeli genocide of the Palestinian people?”

Clashes between the Zionist regime and Palestinian resistance groups began on Monday, May 10, after the end of the resistance strike in Tel Aviv over the need to end the attacks in Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque.

In the clashes that lasted until Friday morning, the Zionist regime, in its attacks on residential areas, killed Palestinian women and children, and in response to these crimes, Palestinian resistance groups targeted the regime’s positions. They fired rockets, and the Iron Dome system failed to intercept many of them.

According to the report, last Thursday evening, after some news sources reported about the possibility of a ceasefire, the Israeli security cabinet officially agreed to a ceasefire and a ceasefire mediated by Egypt. An hour later, Palestinian resistance groups said in separate statements that they would abide by the ceasefire until Tel Aviv adhered to the ceasefire.

The Gaza Ministry of Health also announced that the number of martyrs of the Israeli aggression in Gaza reached 248 people. Of these, 66 were children and 39 were women and the number of wounded in this war reached about 2,000.
