Britain: Russia has the most positions in southern Ukraine

Pak Sahafat – In its latest assessment of developments in Ukraine, the British Ministry of Defense announced that Russia has gained the most positions in the south of Ukraine.

According to Pak Sahafat News agency on Monday, A series of messages posted on the official Twitter account of the British Ministry of Defense claims: In the last 24 hours, there has been no significant change in the situation of Russian forces in Ukraine.

According to this alleged assessment, the Russian army is facing supply shortages, a persistent lack of motivation and morale as the offensive battles are intensified by the Ukrainians.

The British Ministry of Defense stated: Russia has the strongest position in the south near Mariupol, where fierce fighting continues and Russia is trying to seize the port.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on February 21 recognized the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics in the Donbas region, criticizing the West’s indifference to Moscow’s security concerns.

Three days later, on Thursday, March 24, Putin launched a so-called “special operation” against Ukraine, turning tense Moscow-Kiev relations into a military confrontation. Conflicts in Ukraine and reactions to Russia’s actions continue.

World leaders met in Brussels late last week as part of the NATO-G7 summit and the Council of Europe to discuss Ukraine. The Group of Seven and NATO have issued statements stressing that they will spare no effort to support Ukraine.

However, Britain announced in a public statement yesterday that sanctions against Russian individuals and companies could be lifted if Moscow ended its attacks on Ukraine.
