Boycott of the Knesset session by the President of the Supreme Court of the Zionist regime

Pak Sahafat – Ister Hayot, the head of the Supreme Court of the Zionist regime, announced that he will not participate in the judicial committee in the celebration of the anniversary of the establishment of the Knesset (parliament) of this regime, in protest of the judicial reforms.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency’s report from the Zionist newspaper Yediot Aharonot, Simcha Rothman, head of the Knesset Judicial Committee of the Zionist regime, in response to the boycott of this committee’s celebration by the head of the Supreme Court of this regime, said: This action showed that Hayot does not want to enter into a serious dialogue.

She clarified: Hayot’s opinion about the suspension of the Knesset plan for judicial reforms as a precondition for negotiations is against the principle of separation of powers in Israel.

The judicial reform plan proposed by the hard-line cabinet of the Zionist regime, which has recently brought a lot of criticism among the Zionists, prompted the former prime minister of the Israeli regime to attack this plan once again and to destroy the Zionist regime following its actions.

In this regard, Lapid said that the radical cabinet of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is carrying out a destructive process that may endanger the existence of this regime.

Lapid said: There is no Israeli system that does not undergo reforms, one of them is the judicial system, but the reforms cannot be carried out by a cabinet headed by a defendant with a criminal record and whose powerful person is also a convicted criminal Itamar Ben Goyer is the Minister of Internal Security.

Referring to the demonstrations of Netanyahu’s cabinet opponents, Lapid added: “The current protest movement is the most important movement in the history (regime) of Israel, and this is not only a protest against corruption or a protest against the high cost of living, but these protests are against those who make our existence risk.”

Earlier, Yair Lapid criticized the “reforms” that Netanyahu’s cabinet intends to implement in the judicial system and accused him of carrying out a “dominant coup”.

Lapid added: If these reforms are implemented, the ruling coalition led by Netanyahu will be able to punish and silence anyone who does not obey it, and judges, politicians, and legal advisors will become puppets for the cabinet.

In the end, the former prime minister of the Zionist regime said: Who will pay for all the actions they take?

Netanyahu is now facing three cases of corruption and fraud and is trying to avoid trial by changing the judicial rules.
