Bashar al-Jaafari: If there was no wise leadership in Syria, terrorism would have entered deep in capital

The Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Bashar al-Jaafari said in a speech that the civilized mentality of the Syrians has thwarted the West’s plan in the region.

According to Pak Sahafat news agency, quoted by Sana, Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Bashar al-Jaafari said in a meeting with Konstantin Troitsov and Aida Betrosyan, researchers at the Russian Institute of Oriental Studies: The illegal and arbitrary economic actions of the West, which cause the suffering of the Syrian people, are carried out by the countries that support terrorism and terrorists in the region, wherever they want, with the aim of globalizing terrorism and using it to serve the interests of these countries.

The Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister noted: If it were not for the wise leadership of Syria and its brave Arab army, as well as the true friends and allies of Syria, terrorism would have entered many capitals.

Al-Jaafari also said: The civilized mentality of the Syrians has thwarted the Western agenda in the region, halted its spread, and prevented it from taking root in the region.

He added: We must be wary of being influenced by terms and concepts promoted by Western Orientalist institutions and schools.

Bashar al-Jaafari praised the research, books and studies published by the Russian Institute of Oriental Studies, which reveal the truth of the conspiracies against the Arab region aimed at the political, economic and social disintegration of its countries.

The two Russian guests also stressed that the stability of the Syrian people had a great impact on the nature of the international balances in different parts of the world, and this confirms the centrality of Syria with its leadership and geopolitical position in the formation of international order.
