American Human Rights Organization: Racism is institutionalized in the United States

Pak Sahafat – The National Urban Union announced in its annual report published on Tuesday: There is still systematic racism in the United States against people of color, and social inequality seems to be institutionalized in this country.

According to Pak Sahafat News agency, quoting Al Jazeera, A group of human rights activists in the United States reported on the plight of people of color in the United States, saying that the population in the United States still lags behind whites and face Racism in terms of educational facilities and social justice.

The National Urban Union announced in its annual report released on Tuesday: Despite economic and health gains in the United States, only 73% of blacks still have some degree of white supremacy.

The report states: The average income of black households is 37% lower than the average income of whites.

Census data show that white households are twice as likely as black couples to have mortgages, with only 13% of black households reported to be homeowners.

Mark Moryal, president of the union, said: Class differences between whites and blacks are still commonplace in the United States, while slogans of social equality have always existed. Life expectancy has dropped for black Americans.

He said: There are also health inequalities in this population. Black women are 59 percent more likely to die as a result of having children.
