Pak Sahafat – At the same time as Ukraine prepares for a spring offensive with Russian forces, the Pentagon plans to send $325 million in new military aid to Ukraine, including artillery, anti-armor weapons and other military aid.
According to Pak Sahafat News Agency, a senior American military official announced on Wednesday local time: The new security package is designed to strengthen Ukraine’s long-range and precision strike capabilities, helping Ukrainian forces in close combat and halting Russia’s intermittent advance in the west.
This is the 36th US military package for Ukraine in the last 14 months and after the start of the war in February 2022, and it brings the total US military aid to Russia during the war to 36.1 billion dollars.

This senior defense official added: We are focused on helping Ukraine and we know the needs. We have met these needs every step of the way and will continue to do so.
In this package, the United States also plans to provide Ukraine with precision-targeting artillery ammunition from its reserves.
White House spokeswoman Karin Jean-Pierre also said the package would include more ammunition and artillery shells. He told reporters that this is the 36th security package since the start of the war in February 2022.
