2024 US election/Democrats worry about Biden’s physical and mental disability

Pak Sahafat – According to the results of a survey that Democrats want a younger candidate, the senior leaders of this party may also turn to past candidates and figures out of fear of Joe Biden’s inability.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency on Monday, citing Fox News, the majority of Democratic voters want someone other than “Joe Biden” to be elected as their party’s candidate in 2024.

It is said that although the Democratic leaders are apparently standing behind Biden to support him in a possible competition with “Donald Trump”, behind the scenes, another story is going on.

According to an article recently published in Politico, some senior Democrats have doubts about Biden staying, but at the same time they are afraid of the state of the party if he leaves. In fact, Democratic leaders are rallying to support Biden, not because they think it’s in the country’s best interest to have an 82-year-old president for a second term, but because they are afraid of his replacement. In fact, their main fear is the candidacy of Kamla Harris and the election of Donald Trump.

The American media questioned Biden’s mental health

In 2020, Biden and Harris defeated Trump when they received more votes than any other president in US history. But, now, 3 years after those days, Biden’s numerous verbal slips and many gaffes have created a lot of trouble for the White House.

A Democratic senator reportedly went so far as to question whether Biden has the energy to campaign for the presidential campaign season at a meeting of the National Governor’s Association in February.

In the same meeting, some Democrats have rejected the nomination of Harris in the absence of Biden, and others have announced that it is possible to refer to figures who were already popular. Like former First Lady Michelle Obama. But he has repeatedly denied any desire to obtain such a position.

Another concern for Democrats is that they can’t turn to candidates who, while enjoying popular support, ultimately failed to achieve success. including Senator Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders.

Other candidates could include those who have already won the Democratic presidential nomination, including Hillary Clinton, John Kerry or Al Gore. Even so, the trio cannot allay the concerns of some voters who want a younger president, as Clinton is 75, Kerry is 79, and Gore is 74.

According to a Fox News poll last month, 37 percent of Democratic voters want Biden to be the party’s nominee again, while 53 percent said they would like someone else to run.
