The Prime Minister of Pakistan wrote in a tweet on Tuesday night in response to the designation of March 15 as the day of confrontation with Islam ophobia by the United Nations, wrote: The common voice of the Islamic Ummah was heard against the intensification of the phenomenon of Islam ophobia.

Imran Khan wrote on his official Twitter account: The United Nations, on behalf of Pakistan, on behalf of the OIC member states, called for the eradication of “Islamophobia” and the designation of “March 15” as the International Day for the Elimination of Islam ophobia. Approved.

He continued: “This is a historic resolution and I congratulate the entire Islamic Ummah because our common voice was heard against the escalation of the phenomenon of Islamophobia.”

The Prime Minister of Pakistan added: “Today, the United Nations finally recognizes and recognizes the great challenge facing the world as a result of the dangerous consequences of Islamophobia, blasphemy against Muslims and the spread of hatred.”

Imran also wrote that the next challenge will be to ensure that the provisions of this historic resolution are implemented.

The UN General Assembly on Tuesday unanimously adopted a resolution entitled “International Day Against Islamophobia”.

According to this resolution, today, March 15, was designated and named the International Day against Islamophobia.

The resolution was presented by Islamic countries, and Iran and five other countries led the negotiations on this resolution.

Iran, along with Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Indonesia, led the talks and reaffirmed its determination to fight Islamophobia.

The resolution condemns any hate speech and violence against Muslims and calls for the strengthening of international efforts to promote tolerance, tolerance and peace.

The resolution also calls on the United Nations and other international organizations to effectively raise awareness and celebrate this day in the fight against Islamophobia.
