Yemeni military official: The Saudi coalition wants to continue the tension in Yemen

Pak Sahafat – Yemen’s deputy prime minister for defense and security affairs said on Wednesday night that the Saudi coalition wants to remain the center of tension in Yemen.

According to Pak Sahafat News Agency report from Al-Masira, Jalal Al Royshan added: The US-Saudi aggressor coalition wants to maintain the center of tension in Yemen to manage the Yemeni case, and for this reason, their mercenaries in Taiz rejected all proposals regarding the reopening of communication routes.

Al-Ravishan said: If the other side has independence in decision-making, Yemenis can reach a solution and understanding in Taiz and other provinces.

He emphasized that the reopening of ports, airports or roads is not considered a political achievement, but relieves the pain and suffering of Yemenis.

Continued violation of the Yemeni ceasefire by the Saudi coalition

In the end, the Deputy Prime Minister for Defense and Security Affairs of Yemen said: The aggressive coalition prevents any understanding that would reduce the severity of the humanitarian crisis in Yemen, and this is evident in the cases of prisoners, the opening of roads and several other humanitarian cases in Yemen.

Saudi Arabia, in the form of a coalition of several Arab countries, including the UAE, and with the help and green light of the United States and the support of the Zionist regime, started large-scale attacks against Yemen – the poorest Arab country – from April 6, 2017.

Contrary to the expectations of the Saudis, their attacks hit the strong shield of the resistance of the Yemeni nation, and after seven years of persistence and painful strikes by the Yemenis deep into Saudi lands, especially the Aramco facilities, Riyadh had to give in to a ceasefire in the hope of getting out of the Yemeni war swamp.

Earlier, Mehdi Al-Mashat, the head of the Supreme Political Council of Yemen, said that the ceasefire in Yemen has almost been destroyed due to repeated violations by the Saudi coalition.
