US Secretary of Defense: The Biden administration is committed to supporting Israel’s security

In a joint press conference with the Israeli Minister of War, the US Secretary of Defense stated that the Biden government is committed to supporting the security of this regime.

US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, who arrived in occupied Palestine on Sunday (April 11th) on the first visit of a senior Joe Biden administration official, met with Israeli War Minister and attended a joint news conference with him.

According to Sky News, he stated in a joint press conference with Israeli War Minister Benny Gantz that the Biden government is committed to supporting the security of the Zionist regime.

The US Secretary of Defense emphasized: “Israel is a strategic partner for the United States, and that partnership is important for stabilizing the region. We are talking about ensuring Israel’s security in the long run, and that is why we support the normalization of relations with Muslim Arab countries.”

The Minister of War of the Zionist regime also said at the beginning of this press conference: “I reaffirmed to my American counterpart Israel’s determination to work closely with the Biden administration and to defend our common security.”

He clarified: “Any agreement with Iran must be in the interests of Washington, which is in our interests. Israel considers the United States its full partner in all cases, including Iran. “We are committed to working closely with the United States to maintain security in the region.”

Notwithstanding that the United States has turned the Middle East into the world’s largest arms race; Gantz claimed that the Zionist regime would work closely with Washington to ensure that the signing of any new agreement with Iran would prevent an arms race in the region.

Continuing his claims, the Israeli Minister of War said that Iran is a strategic threat to the stability and security of the Middle East and the regime.

Meanwhile, the Zionist regime is one of the main opponents of the return of the United States to Burjam and has held consultations with the American side in this regard.

Biden government officials have said they intend to bring the United States back to the BRICS nuclear deal. However, the new US administration has not yet defined its mechanism for returning to the nuclear deal. Members of the Biden team make vague statements that they intend to use the return to the IAEA as a basis for “strengthening and prolonging” the nuclear deal.

The US Secretary of Defense is also scheduled to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during his stay in occupied Palestine.
