Three Hamas leaders arrested in West Bank

Local sources reported that Zionist militants raided the homes of three Hamas leaders on Friday and arrested them.

The Zionist military pursued a policy of detaining the leaders of the Palestinian resistance groups on Friday.

Safa news agency quoted local sources as saying that Zionists arrested Issa al-Jabri, Hatem Qafisheh and Mazen al-Nantsheh, Hamas leaders, in the West Bank city of Hebron.

According to the sources, Zionist militants attacked and arrested al-Jabri’s house in the Al-Nimra area of ​​Hebron. According to these sources, the Zionist militia also arrested Qafisheh and Al-Nantsheh after attacking their homes.

Al-Nantsheh (49) had spent more than 10 years in Israeli prisons.

The Zionists arrested two other Hamas leaders this week. Jamal al-Tawil, 59, was one of the detained Hamas leaders arrested.

Bajs Nakhla (55) was the second person to be arrested from Al-Jalzun camp in Ramallah. Hamas has recently repeatedly protested and expressed concern over the widespread detention of its leaders and forces by the Zionists.

The Zionist regime’s intelligence service has summoned a number of Hamas leaders in the West Bank in recent weeks, warning them not to run in the elections.

The Palestinian parliamentary elections will be held on May 22, 2021, the presidential elections on July 31 and the National Assembly on August 31.
