The Saudi coalition violated the Yemeni ceasefire 116 times

Pak Sahafat – News sources reported on Thursday morning that the Saudi coalition had violated 116 firearms in al-Hudaidah province in the past 24 hours.

According to Pak Sahafat News agency from Al-Masira, Saudi coalition forces violated the alleged 116 ceasefire in al-Hudaidah province by flying reconnaissance planes over the province, as well as rocket and artillery attacks.

A few hours ago, a spokesman for the Yemeni Oil Company announced that the Saudi coalition had seized a Yemeni fuel ship despite a fire.

The UN special envoy for Yemen, Hans Grundberg, on Wednesday expressed concern over ceasefire violations in the country, stressing that the parties’s responsibility lies with them.

Since last Saturday, all offensive ground, air and naval operations have ceased, and the UN envoy to Yemen has stressed that the success of the initiative depends on the continued commitment of the warring parties to the implementation of the ceasefire agreement.

Mohammed Abdul Salam, chairman of the National Salvation Government’s negotiating team and spokesman for Yemen’s Ansarullah, had previously said that Yemen welcomed the ceasefire announced by the UN Special Representative for Yemen.

On April 26, 1994, Saudi Arabia launched a large-scale offensive against Yemen, the poorest Arab country, in the form of a coalition of several Arab countries, including the UAE, with the help and green light of the United States and the Zionist regime.

Contrary to the Saudis’ expectations, their attacks hit the stronghold of the Yemeni people’s resistance, and after seven years of stability and painful Yemeni strikes deep into Saudi territory, especially the Aramco facility, Riyadh was forced to accept a ceasefire in hopes of exiting the Yemeni war.
