Zionist Minister: I am in daily contact with 7 Arab counterparts through WhatsApp

Continuing to expose the regime’s relations with Arab countries, the Israeli foreign minister said that he was in daily contact with the foreign ministers of seven Arab countries.

Israeli Foreign Minister Gabi Ashkenazi stressed that she has permanent contacts with the foreign ministers of seven Arab countries, some of which do not have diplomatic relations with the regime.

Noting that he is in daily contact with some of these ministers through WhatsApp, he said that he is optimistic about relations with Arab countries, because even after the war against Gaza, relations with this country reached a critical stage.

In an interview with the Israeli website Vala, Ashkenazi added: “I hope that the next Israeli Foreign Minister, Yair Labid, will improve relations with the Arab countries, because so far there has been rapid progress and there is a lot of potential in this area.”

According to the “Arabi 21” website, Ashkenazi said: “There are two main challenges to the compromise process. One is the Dubai Expo next October, and a large number of Israelis are expected to attend, as well as improving relations with Morocco and turning interest offices in Tel Aviv and Rabat into two embassies.”

He predicted that the United States would soon appoint a new envoy to West Asia to strengthen the agreements signed during the presidency of former US President Donald Trump to strengthen relations between the Zionist regime and Arab countries.

The Israeli foreign minister added that senior officials in Joe Biden’s government had told him that they would work to strengthen the regime’s ties with the Arab world after the new cabinet was formed, and even US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said there was a problem with the term.

Referring to his visit to Washington two weeks ago, he said that an agreement had been reached on the establishment of a joint Israeli-American working group on the Palestinian issue, and that the first meeting of the working group was held to discuss the Biden administration’s decision to reopen the US consulate in Jerusalem.
