Fuel crisis in Britain Long queues returned to gas stations in London

The crisis of fuel shortages and the emptiness of most of the petrol stations in Britain continue and have provoked the people of this country to rush to the gas stations.

Pak Sahafat news agency quoted by Reuters reports from London that long lines of cars waiting for refueling at gas stations in the British capital have reappeared in the city since Wednesday morning.

According to the report, several gas stations in London are still closed and a “no petrol” warning sign is displayed in front of these gas stations, which has led to longer queues at other stations.

The British government on Tuesday claimed that the fuel shortage crisis was easing across the country and that people should refrain from the emotional and frightening presence at gas stations for refueling.

But a Reuters reporter reported today that from around 6am local time, long queues of cars have returned to the few gas stations that are active, and even the continuation of these queues has caused heavy traffic on some highways in the British capital.

Meanwhile, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson claims: “We are now seeing the situation improve. We hear from the fuel industry that supplies usually reach gas stations, and I want everyone to be natural and get back to business.”

Earlier, the Daily Mail reported that some petrol stations had quotaed up to 30 Pounds in petrol sales following the crisis, and that violence in the long queues at British petrol stations was on the rise and people were fighting and even fighting.

Meanwhile, the British media reported on Tuesday morning that the British army is also on standby to deal with any possible unrest following the fuel crisis and gasoline shortage in the country.
